This is a very portable project since it’s small and easy. No decreases are done at the top of the hat so no pattern is needed to mark off those rows. Once the ribbed cuff is done, simply knit to the desired length. Using a ponytail circle at the top eliminates the need to make a separate pompom.
This is a good hospital volunteer project. e nurses on the neonatal ward are happy to receive them.
