Refunds are not available for any shipped products, or any digital products.
Prorated refunds are available for subscriptions cancelled prior to expiry. The refund amount will be calculated based on the amount paid to A Needle Pulling Thread for the subscription, less the current price of each of the items already shipped, less a $15 administration fee. Subscriptions can be cancelled by emailing [email protected], or by calling 1-866-969-2678. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need a replacement copy, send us an email at [email protected] including a photo clearly showing the defect or damage. Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement copy.
