When asked to make a quilt about a relative, I had to think. What fabric collection would work? Who would be the recipient of the quilt? However, when I saw the Ride On collection by Banyan Batiks and being a cycling fanatic, I decided that the relative should be ME! Who says you can have too many quilts?
I chose my favourite colours from all four colourways of the Ride On collection including Purple Ocean, Berry Orange, Silver Stone, and Brown Honey. I love the vibrant colours, I love the treads as they create a crisscross path across the surface of the quilt and look at all those bike designs. What Crazy Quilter on a Bike wouldn’t want this quilt?
