The Upper Toronto Branch of the Ontario Hooking Craft Guild held a Hook In on February 7, 2009. For the hook in, we all hooked our interpretations of two Ontario House styles, the gothic cottage and the distinctively Toronto Bay ‘n’ Gable. The rugs are all wonderfully different. We also enjoyed an interesting talk and slide show by Stephen Yeats of the Cabbagetown Preservation Association, about (what else?) Cabbagetown houses! It was a fun-filled day of rug hooking and we are looking for a venue to show our rugs.

Hello, I have a very old hooked rug in need of extensive repairs. Wear and tear over 80+ years.
Would you be able to advise how I could find someone to look at it and do repairs? Live in Ottawa.
613-809-8902. Would appreciate any assistance you could give me. Thx. Dale Walker
