Noel Runner and Placemats

If you need a quick present for a friend or something to help decorate your own home, these easy placemats and table runner would be perfect! The table runner could also be used as a door banner just by adding a hanging sleeve on the back. We used fabrics from Northcott’s “Happy Christmas” line for our version.
