Words are powerful and can be used in many ways: labels, meanings, connotations, implications.
The words that capture this last year and a half with Covid for me are mental health.
So much about our environment changed and continues to change and the implications to everyone’s mental health may not be understood for a while.
I struggled a lot even though I was in a relatively secure position, I could work from home, physically distancing myself was not difficult as it was already familiar to me as an introvert, my family was healthy, and no one became seriously ill.
