Knitted Wire Napkin Rings

These stunning table accessories are surprisingly fast and easy to make. No special knitting skills are needed – just casting on and off, and the knit stitch.
The wire is easily found at your local craft or beading shop. “Artistic” or “craft” wire is found in the jewelry making section. It’s affordable, tarnish-resistant, and comes in a variety of colours. You can also use genuine silver wire, although if you’ve not got any experience working with wire, practice with the inexpensive stuff first.
And you don’t have to spend a lot of money on the beads – although Italian glass beads are beautiful, I’ve found some lovely ones at the dollar store!
