Greenleaf Doily

Greenleaf Doily by Kim Beamish is a needle tatting pattern inspired by the fullness of leaves after summer rain. No formal skill level is listed, but the four-round structure makes it best suited to tatters comfortable with rings, chains, picots, joins, reverse work, and following written round-by-round instructions. Finished measurements are approximately 11″ in diameter for the white version and 9½” in diameter for the frosty green version, depending on thread twist. Skills involved include needle tatting with crochet cotton, pressing between rounds, maintaining even tension, and lightly starching the finished doily.
