Hramavik the Thunder Spirit
My Hramavik - Thunder Spirit design is the result of three sources of inspiration: a Belarusan motif pattern, the Trianglepoint stitch technique and the colour palette proposed. This can make an extraordinary placemat and by repeating the design, can also be adapted into a runner. Instructions and charts included.

Repurposed Pottery Pin Cushions
These pincushions are based on a long ago summer camp craft project. Back then, we used empty frozen juice cans.
I found these pottery pieces on a trip to a local thrift store for less than $1. You can use cups and saucers too. Just glue the cup to the saucer with some seriously strong glue. The saucer can corral stray buttons, a bobbin or two, or provide a resting place for scissors.
Create these Re-purposed Pottery Pincushions for yourself, a few of your stitching pals, or for sale at a fundraising bazaar.
