Summer's Here!
It’s here and it’s sizzling! Our Summer 2009 issue is bursting at the seams with inspiration for the sunny season ahead. In this issue, you’ll find a variety of projects in bright summer colours, along with entertaining and informative articles by Debbie Bates, Joe Lewis, Joan Wilson, and Catherine Goetz. And – you’ll be amazed at the entries in the 2009 Grand National Quilt Exhibition, this year featuring fibre art postcards…so much emotion expressed with fabric and thread on such a small surface!
Carolyn Mitchell’s Mystery project and Kathrin Ellison’s Chair Necessaire continue... we feature Part 2 of these embroidery series. And we dive in with Part 1 of Three Swans Studios’ Underwater Treasures series, offering an oceanic twist to a needlework carry all.
